That's How Life is...

Thank you so much for sharing

Good morning to one and all. I read this post a few minutes ago and thought how this applies today in America.

We are in a New Great Awakening – like the many we have successfully accomplished in the past. This one is Good vs. Evil. America is having trouble coming to grips with what to believe. Who is right and who is wrong?

Dr. Charlie Ward has helped me to refine my moral compass. His guidance to research things yourself. Then you can decide what is right or wrong. It is really that simple.

This journey will have lots of bumps in the road, many challenges, broken hearts, difficult decisions to make. Remember God is inside of you. Have those important talks and together you will fine the correct answer and direction to go forward.

I pray every day to the Lord, I thank him each morning for another day to carry out his will, to do the right things, help others in need, spend time reading and researching what has happened, what is going on and what is to come. To separate the truth from evil.

May the good Lord bless and watch over each and every one of you.

February 6  ·

Every month Martín’s parents took a trip to see Grandma and came home on the same train the next day.

One day the child said to his parents:

′′I'm already grown up.

Can I go to my grandma's alone?"

After a brief discussion, his parents accepted.

They stood with him as he waited for the train to exit.

They said goodbye to their son and gave him some tips through the window.

Martin repeated to them:

′′I know. I've been told this more than a thousand times."

As the train was about to leave, his father murmured in his ear:

′′Son if you feel bad or insecure, this is for you!"

And he put something in his pocket.

Now Martin was alone,

sitting on the train as he had wanted,

without his parents for the first time.

He was admiring the landscape out the window.

Around him some unknowns pushed themselves in.

They made a lot of noise.

They got in and out of the train car.

The conductor made some comments about him being alone.

One person looked at him with eyes of sadness.

Martin was feeling more uneasy with

every minute that passed.

And now he was scared.

He felt cornered and alone.

He put his head down, and

with tears in his eyes,

He remembered his dad had

Put something in his pocket.

Trembling, he searched for what his father had given him.

Upon finding the piece of paper he read it:

′′Son, I'm in the last train car!".

That's how life is,

We must let our kids go

We must let them try new things.

But we always like to be

In the last car, watching,

in case they are afraid

or in case they find obstacles and don’t know what to do.

We want to be close to them.

as long as we are still alive.

I'M PROUD TO BE A VETERAN!

Thank you,

Bruce for sharing

TO UNDERSTAND A MILITARY VETERAN, YOU MUST KNOW -

We left home as teenagers or in our early twenties for an unknown adventure.

We loved our country enough to defend it and protect it with our own lives.

We said goodbye to friends and family and everything we knew.

We learned the basics and then we scattered in the wind to the far corners of the Earth.

We found new friends and new family.

We became brothers and sisters regardless of color, race or creed.

We had plenty of good times, and plenty of bad times.

We didn't get enough sleep.

We smoked and drank too much.

We picked up both good and bad habits.

We worked hard and played harder.

We didn't earn a great wage.

We experienced the happiness of mail call and the sadness of missing important events.

We didn't know when, or even if, we were ever going to see home again.

We grew up fast, and yet somehow, we never grew up at all.

We fought for our freedom, as well as the freedom of others.

Some of us saw actual combat, and some of us didn't.

Some of us saw the world, and some of us didn't.

Some of us dealt with physical warfare, most of us dealt with psychological warfare.

We have seen and experienced and dealt with things that we can't fully describe or explain, as not all of our sacrifices were physical.

We participated in time honored ceremonies and rituals with each other, strengthening our bonds and camaraderie.

We counted on each other to get our job done and sometimes to survive it at all.

We have dealt with victory and tragedy.

We have celebrated and mourned.

We lost a few along the way.

When our adventure was over, some of us went back home, some of us started somewhere new and some of us never came home at all.

We have told amazing and hilarious stories of our exploits and adventures.

We share an unspoken bond with each other, that most people don't experience, and few will understand.

We speak highly of our own branch of service, and poke fun at the other branches.

We know however, that, if needed, we will be there for our brothers and sisters and stand together as one, in a heartbeat.

Being a Veteran is something that had to be earned, and it can never be taken away.

It has no monetary value, but at the same time it is a priceless gift.

People see a Veteran and they thank them for their service.

When we see each other, we give that little upwards head nod, or a slight smile, knowing that we have shared and experienced things that most people have not.

So, from myself to the rest of the veterans out there, I commend and thank you for all that you have done and sacrificed for our country.

Try to remember the good times and make peace with the bad times.

Share your stories.

But most importantly, stand tall and proud, for you have earned the right to be called a VETERAN.

I'M PROUD TO BE A VETERAN!

Please share with all your Veterans and friends.

How I See It

IF YOU WANT TO UNFRIEND ME AFTER THIS, please do, my page my views.

I HAVE THE RIGHT TO MY OPINIONS AND THIS IS HOW I SEE IT AND FEEL...

💯% Let me break it down...

1. Joe Biden isn’t winning just like Hillary wasn't winning.
2. Bubba Wallace wasn’t a victim.
3. Black lives do matter, along with everyone else.
4. What happened to George Floyd, should never happen again.
5. All cops definitely aren’t bad, nor are they all racist.
6. Trump is the President.
7. Rioters and looters have nothing to do with George Floyd. (And should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law).
8. Police lives matter.
9. Unborn lives matter.
10. Colin Kaepernick isn’t a hero, and never will be.
11. CNN isn’t news (nor is MSNBC)
12. Elizabeth Warren isn’t Indian just a fake person.
13. Facebook only censors conservatives.
14. All lives do matter (red, yellow, black and white, they are precious in His sight).
15. COVID 19 is real but it is also being used to gauge just how much of our freedom they can take away.
16. All fear is fueled by the media, this is a fact.
17. God is still in control and always will be.
18. Epstein did not kill himself, but NASCAR did kill themselves.
19. Most people are not racist, being a proud American or southerner doesn’t mean you are racist.
20. There is NO White Privilege, we all have American Privilege. Get off your ass and work for nicer things if you want them.
21. There are no slave owners or slaves still living. There are no people trying to enslave anyone in the U.S., except for those here illegally selling women and children into the slave trade. And when the perpetrators are caught, their cold bodies should be thrown back over the wall.
22. LIFE is What YOU Make of it.
23. No one OWES You ANYTHING nor do they owe me anything, but I get up and work for what I need and want!
24. I stand for the Flag 🇺🇸 and National Anthem.
25. I kneel only for Jesus.

And there ya’ have it! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Can you imagine ...

I copied this from a friend. Just stop scrolling for a minute and look at this photo. This is NOT a political post by any means. This is simply something that everyone should stop and think about.

Can you imagine the weight this man is feeling right now? I have one child and a wife that depend on me daily, yet on some days my stress level is through the roof and I feel like the weight of the world is all on me. When he signed up for this role (without pay) he did it for us Americans. He didn’t do it for the fame or glory, he already had all that. He was willing to take on the job, but the magnitude of what we’re currently experiencing has got to be paralyzing. To some, NOTHING he does is ever right or good enough.

Do you ever wonder how he must be dealing with it all? When his head finally hits the pillow at night after press conferences, the scrutiny of the media, countless meetings, the endless negative and derogatory comments thrown at him, and constantly trying to defend himself and protect OUR country.

Does he break down and cry from all the pressure?
Is he scared and confused?
Is he even able to sleep?
Can he shut his mind off at all?
Or does he lay there and talk to God all night praying for strength and answers?

Whether he’s making you proud or not, look at this photo and ask God to soften your heart just a little bit and lift this man up in prayer. He needs them right now more than ever. He is carrying the weight of OUR country on his shoulders and I don’t think anybody could or would be able to do the job better than he is.

Feel free to share this post and remind everyone to be kind (to everyone) and to pray for President Trump and for the entire world 🙏🏼❤
As always... if you don’t have anything nice to say, there’s NO NEED to comment, just keep scrolling. No one wants to hear you bitch or negativity at a time like this. #repost #istandwithourpresident

Celebrating Easter

Vince Orr
Facebook Post
4/4/20

After the President’s news conference was over, one of the reporters made the observation that for the first time in our nation’s history we won’t be celebrating Easter. Well let me tell you one thing, he’s dead wrong. We might not celebrate what Easter has become in that there may be no new clothes bought for that Sunday. We might not hide and hunt eggs in mass quantities. We may not travel home to attend church with our family. We might not see some folks at our worship services that we haven’t seen since Christmas, but we’re going to Celebrate Easter. As a matter of fact, every Sunday is Easter Sunday. Every time we assemble for worship we celebrate the resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Pilate couldn’t kill  Him and the grave couldn’t hold Him. You think the Coronavirus is going to stop Easter. More people this year will hear the gospel than any other Easter before.

Easter is not just about special programs, although we will still have them at our church. It’s not about the trumpet call or the mass crowds. It’s the fact that we serve a living Savior who is still transforming lives today. Easter is not only about His resurrection, but our ability to rise with Him. Easter is about the hope of tomorrow and the gift of everlasting life. Yes indeed, we will celebrate. We’ll celebrate what God did for all of us at Calvary. How? By remembering Him. By loving Him. By worshipping Him. By praising Him. Easter for us is everyday. Let the celebration begin. Sing with me:
I serve a risen Saviour, He's in the world today
I know that He is living, whatever men may say
I see His hand of mercy, I hear His voice of cheer
And just the time I need Him He's always near
He lives (He lives), He lives (He lives), Christ Jesus lives today
He walks with me and talks with me
Along life's narrow way
He lives (He lives), He lives (He lives), Salvation to impart
You ask me how I know He lives?
He lives within my heart

Yes, this FB friend said it so well and it so resonates with me that I just had to copy & pass along!

Happy Easter my friends!

Impeachment

Below is a Facebook post by Mark Ault, a friend for many years, a retired US Marine, a volunteer for the National Parks Service and National Forest Service serving as Campground Host. In addition, Mark and his wife Cathy maintain a Facebook Group called “Camping Friends” with over two thousand members. They have spent the last six years travelling throughout America helping our environment, naturals creatures and fellow campers. Mark captures the essence of this nightmare since President Trump was elected in November 2016. Thank you, Mark, for all you do for our country.

It is my sincere hope that this post/article reaches a significant number of America’s who support our President and will share this message.

Thank you and Merry Christmas!!

Impeachment

Each and every one of you should be ashamed and pray that this doesn’t happen....and, I’ll tell you why

For 8 years, we sat silent, while Obama divided our nation. He used identity politics, race warfare, and class warfare to divide us all. Obama thrust universal healthcare upon us and we sat silent, Obama and his administration removed monuments, statues and plaques....our past, our heritage from parks and plazas in cities and small towns around the nation....In the meantime, Hillary and Obama let 4 Americans die in Benghazi, while they watched on closed circuit TV.....Again, we were silent

We watched Hillary Clinton and Donna Brazil rig a primary against Bernie Sanders. We saw Bill Clinton and Loretta Lynch (Attorney General at the time) sit on a flight line, only to find that Hilary was exonerated for any crime; regarding her acid washed/bleach bit server and 33,000 deleted emails. Again, we were silent

We have watched our duly elected president harassed each and every day, for 3 years; even though he has put millions back to work, brought jobs back to America, stood up to our adversaries, and fought like hell to protect our borders.

Now, we see Joe Biden leveraging $1 Billion American dollars for his son. However, the Democrats and the media only care about impeaching Trump!

So, I can tell you with the utmost certainty, if you are successful in your witch-hunt, we will NOT be silent!!!

Tread lightly.......

Our country needs solidarity now more than ever - if we give in to what the media is feeding us, we are in serious trouble!

Once’s more, our rights are being systematically removed behind multiple Democratic smoke screens!!

My advice to you is you better buckle up and get ready!

This country is in trouble and the only one that can help is GOD!!!!

Wake Up America

Sharing a very good email
Bold text by me

THINK THIS GUY HAS IT ALL COVERED. I COULDN'T SPOT ANYTHING HE LEFT OUT.

I Am the Democratic, Republican Liberal-Progressive's Worst Nightmare.  I am a White, Conservative, Tax-Paying, American Veteran, Gun Owning Biker. That’s me!
I am a Master Mason. I work hard and long hours with my hands to earn a living.
I believe in God and the freedom of religion, but I don't push it on others.
I ride Harley Davidson Motorcycles, and drive American-made cars.
I believe in American products and buy them whenever I can.
I believe the money I make belongs to me and not some liberal governmental functionary, Democratic or Republican, that wants to share it with others who don't work!
I'm in touch with my feelings and I like it that way!
I think owning a gun doesn't make you a killer; it makes you a smart American.
I think being a minority does not make you noble or victimized, and does not entitle you to anything. Get over it!
I believe that if you are selling me a Big Mac or any other item, you should do it in English.
I believe there should be no other language option.
I believe everyone has a right to pray to his or her God when and where they want to.
My heroes are Malcolm Forbes, Bill Gates, John Wayne, Babe Ruth, Roy Rogers, and Willie G. Davidson, who makes the awesome Harley Davidson Motorcycles.
I don't hate the rich. I don't pity the poor.
I know wrestling is fake and I don't waste my time watching or arguing about it.
I've never owned a slave, nor was I a slave. I haven't burned any witches or been persecuted by the Turks, and neither have you!
I believe if you don't like the way things are here, go back to where you came from and change your own country!
This is AMERICA ...We like it the way it is and more so the way it was ...so stop trying to change it to look like Russia or China, or some other socialist country!
If you were born here and don't like it... you are free to move to any Socialist country that will have you. I believe it is time to really clean house, starting with the White House, the seat of our biggest problems.
I want to know which church is it, exactly, where the Reverend Jesse Jackson preaches, where he gets his money, and why he is always part of the problem and not the solution?   Can I get an AMEN on that one?
I also think the cops have the right to pull you over if you're breaking the law, regardless of what color you are, but not just because you happen to ride a bike.
And, no, I don't mind having my face shown on my driver's license. I think it's good....
And I'm proud that 'God' is written on my money..
I think if you are too stupid to know how a ballot works, I don't want you deciding who should be running the most powerful nation in the world for the next four years.
I dislike those people standing in the intersections trying to sell me stuff or trying to guilt me into making 'donations' to their cause....Get a job and do your part to support yourself and your family!
I believe that it doesn't take a village to raise a child, it takes two parents....
I believe 'illegal' is illegal no matter what the lawyers think!
I believe the American flag should be the only one allowed in AMERICA!   If this makes me a BAD American, then yes, I'm a BAD American.  If you are a BAD American too, please forward this to everyone you know...
We want our country back!
My Country..... I hope this offends all illegal aliens.
My great, great, great, great grandfather watched and bled as his friends died in the Revolution & the War of 1812.
My great, great, great grandfather watched as his friends died in the Mexican American War.
My great, great grandfather watched as his friends & brothers died in the Civil War.
My great grandfather watched as his friends died in the
Spanish-American War.
My grandfather watched, as his friends died in WW I.
My father watched as his friends died in WW II.
I watched as my friends died in Vietnam, Panama & Desert Storm.
My son watched & bled as his friends died in Afghanistan and Iraq.
None of them died for the Mexican Flag.
Everyone died for the American flag.
Texas high school students raised a Mexican flag on a school flagpole, other students took it down. Guess who was expelled...the students who took it down.
California high school students were sent home on Cinco de Mayo, because they wore T-shirts with the American flag printed on them.
Enough is enough
This message needs to be viewed by every American; and every American needs to stand up for America.
We've bent over to appease the America-haters long enough.
I'm taking a stand.
I'm standing up because of the hundreds of thousands who died fighting in wars for this country, and for the American flag.
If you agree, stand up with me.
And shame on anyone who tries to make this a racist message.
AMERICANS, stop giving away Your RIGHTS!   Let me make this clear! THIS IS MY COUNTRY!
This statement DOES NOT mean I'm against immigration!
YOU ARE WELCOME HERE, IN MY COUNTRY, welcome to come legally:
1. Get a sponsor
2. Learn the LANGUAGE, as immigrants have in the past!
3. Live by OUR rules!
4. Get a job!
5. Pay YOUR Taxes!
6. No Social Security until you have earned it and Paid for it !
7. NOW find a place to lay your head!

If you don't want to forward this for fear of offending someone, then YOU'RE PART OF THE PROBLEM!

We've gone so far the other way . . . bent over backwards not to offend anyone.

Only AMERICANS seems to care when American Citizens are being offended!

WAKE UP America! ! !

Happy Birthday Dad!

October 15, 2023 Each day, I walk into my den to see what in new and what are my ‘to do’ items for the day and say good morning, Dad. This...
